After ing for the Aquabonding sessions (in groups), an initial assessment session will be scheduled with Nurse Ana Vale so that we can understand what your expectations are regarding the activity, assess the conditions in which the activity will take place, and hear some important recommendations that Nurse Ana Vale will share with you. From here on in, you can always count on being followed up by telephone.
Afterwards, you can just enjoy our aquatic relaxation sessions, where various dynamic/ive exercises, meditation, massage, etc. are carried out in an aquatic environment so that you can experience pregnancy and the postpartum period more peacefully.
Please note: Every first Friday of each month we have our trial sessions where you can come for a free session to get to know our facilities and activities better.
